Fourth grade students love to go to P.E. with Coach York. They get to run, play, and to do a variety of sports. The last couple of classes have been a little bit different for the students; they have been learning a routine from an exercise video. The routine taught the students different steps to go along with the song Who Let The Dogs Out. The difficult challenge tested the students mentally and physically. Coach York was not only showing the students how to become more fit, but also how important this months character education is; PERSEVERENCE. The students were taught that through their hard work, they would be able to learn the exercise routine. The fourth grade students were able to demonstrate there accomplishments at the recent elementary assembly. Helping the students and Coach York was Mrs. Heras. Mrs. Heras knows how important PERSEVERANCE is if someone wants to accomplish goals. Below is the video from the assembly.
