
The EMS summer school students enjoyed a trip to the St. Louis Zoo today.







Join us for the first Elsberry Athletic Booster Club meeting for the 2024-2025 School Year on
Tuesday, June 11th at 5 p.m. Meeting will be in the Cafeteria. Due to construction you must enter through the Elementary Doors. We will be discussing plans for our annual golf tournament as well as other plans for the new year. We are looking for new members to help.
We do three fundraisers each year.

We also manage all concession stands, we are in charge of the Homecoming coronation, Senior Night for each sport and we host the fall, winter, and spring athletic awards banquets.
We raise money to buy uniforms for all EHS and EMS sport teams. The goal is to purchase new uniforms for each team every four years. We would really appreciate any new volunteers.


E2 students enjoyed some water gun painting and swirl painting in the evenings after summer school this week.








EMS summer school students enjoyed a field trip to the Missouri Botanical Gardens today.










We had a great first day of summer school! Please send backpacks with your child so they can bring home the projects and tasks they are completing. We would love for you to see their learning. Here are a few pictures from today sent by Mrs. Pott and Miss Cross.









Summer school begins on Tuesday, June 4 and continues through Friday, June 28. Summer school will be Tuesday-Friday, 7:45 am - 3:35 pm. Due to summer construction work, all students PreK-12 will use the elementary office entrance for drop off and pick up. On the first day all high school students will report to the high school library for a short meeting. All students attending summer school are eligible for free breakfast and lunch. Buses will run the regular year routes, a copy of the routes can be viewed at https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Kq8W7CTH8PRcdrA_R1_anyP6LofcwXye/view?usp=sharing The route times may be adjusted during the first week based on the number of riders.

Cross Country Camp will be held May 28-30 (Tues.-Thurs.) for any incoming 6th-12th graders @6pm at the track. Practice will last around an hour.

Mrs. Waller's 8th grade class participated in research and formal debates during their last week. Teams took opposing sides and debated topics important to students. Topics included homework, banning plastic water bottles, social media media curfews and many more.

Mrs. Judy Gomel's advisory class took 320 pounds of aluminum cans to the recycling center this week and earned $144. We will be donating the entire $144 to the Fisher Center for Alzheimer’s Research Foundation. Thank you so much for your can contributions.
